A combination fresh baked cakes and modern design

Sweets By Stacy believes that a client should have their cake decorated the way they want. If this involves a new design or technique, Stacy will do research before the cake is baked to make sure the client is happy.
Clients need to ba aware that any design that copies a logo/character/etc. of a business or product is subject to copyright laws. Sweets By Stacy will reproduce a design to the best of her ability, and will usually have slight differences to the original material. Except for corperate cakes, and orders from a business that specifically ask to have a logo replicated.

Safe food handeling practice

Sweets By Stacy is a home based business. All sweets are baked fresh using ingredients that are stored according to food safety regulations.
Fridges & freezers are motitored for temperatures, and products that can spoil are made sure to be stored correctly.
When a client orders a cake for someone with allergies, every precaution is taken to minimize the risk of contamination. But Sweets By Stacy does not have a nut free kitchen and will not guarantee a nut free product.
All products are kept refridgerated prior to delivery. If someone gets ill after consuming a product, the customer agrees that Sweets By Stacy will not be prosecuted.
Sweets By Stacy has had a kitchen inspection by Alberta Health Services, and has a current Food Handeling permit.
